Special Formula Bread Crumbs

Bread Crumb “Special Recipe” Is produced from special freshly baked bread. The size of the flake is standardized, not too fine. The color is creamy white, and the crumbs have a good coating property, resulting in crispy and light mouthfeel. This type of crumb suits for coating Tempura products or ingredients that are hard to be well-cooked such as chicken thigh, pork meat, chicken meat or other type of meat. After frying, the crumbs will become golden and will give appealing appearance, crispiness and good taste with less oily flavor. The crumbs are packed in two different package sizes, which are 200 g package and 1000 g package.
